Stall Holders Wanted!
Particulary interested in deli, cheese, olives, crafts, candles, christmas decorations, wreaths, gifts, bath and body, cards, art.
Please note there is currently no availabilty for food vendors or cakes.
Thorne-Moorends Town Council are seeking stall holders for its ever growing Christmas Event.
Indoor (marquee) Christmas Market situated in the town centre. Stalls available Friday 1st December 5pm – 8pm and Saturday 2nd December 10am – 4pm.
The event begins on Friday evening featuring the annual light switch on, fun fair, grotto, real reindeer, street food and street entertainers. The market is held in a marquee with street food, outdoor bar and toliet facilities outside.
The Christmas Market then continues into Saturday 2nd December 10am – 4pm.
Last years event (Friday only) saw a footfall of around 2000-3000 people and the event has grown in popularity each year.
Fee’s are as below
Deposit is £50.00 – Excess amount will be refunded upon arrival.
£25.00 for Friday 1st December 5pm – 8pm
£25.00 for Saturday 2nd December 10am – 4pm
Both days for £40.00
Charities can stand for free with a refundable deposit.
The Council will guarantee a 100% refund if the event is cancelled due to bad weather.
Please note we are not accepting tombola stalls.
